Overview
Hercules finds out that his friend Samson has been captured by a tribe of female warriors called Amazons. He sets for the Amazon kingdom to free his friend, but the Amazons have their own plans for both Samson and Hercules.

Miraculously, he finds the boy living among the reclusive Amazon tribe who adopted him. And that's when Bill's adventure truly begins. For his son is now a grown tribesman who moves skillfully through this beautiful-but-dangerous terrain, fearful only of those who would exploit it. And as Bill attempts to "rescue" him from the savagery of the untamed jungle, Tommy challenges Bill's idea of true civilization and his notions about who needs rescuing.
Chico Mendes, who was murdered by a rancher in 1988, is an international symbol of the struggle to protect the Amazon Rainforest. As the leader of the rubber tapper trade union, he organized the so-called empates, a pacifist resistance action in which workers blocked the advance of machines entering the forest with their bodies.

When a well-known environmental researcher is murdered in the Amazon jungle, an arrogant photojournalist joins forces with a beautiful young activist to find out who is responsible. Along they way, they fall in love as they discover the men responsible for the killing would be more than willing to murder again if it will keep them quiet.
