The events of the play take place in a comedic atmosphere about Moses, who is expelled by the owner of the architect and his wife from the apartment he rents; because of his inability to pay its rent, to find themselves in the open and in the face of the falling snow, and the cold weather, which leads them to many comedic paradoxes.

Affluent and arrogant businessman Goddard Bolt, feuding with rival Vance Crasswell over a land deal, makes a bet with Crasswell that he has the wits and street smarts to live penniless and anonymous on the rough streets of Los Angeles for thirty days. But Bolt has a rude awakening when the reality of homelessness hits him. Still, he finds a silver lining in a burgeoning romance with Molly, a former Broadway dancer who has fallen on hard times.

Dirty Dave grimsley is a pint size blend of Randall McMurphy and "One flew over the cuckoo's nest" and George clooney's, Ulysses Everett McGill in "oh brother where art thou" also known as 'dammit man" and "Tom Sawyer" because of his profane hucksterism, Dave is a hard drinking leprechaun with the gift of gab, a heart of gold and not a pot to piss in. He runs a homeless camp while waiting for local authorities in Volusia county, Florida to donate public land for tiger Bay village, a community of services for adults who fall through the cracks.
