A hearing-impaired taxi driver is exploiting a loophole in the law to make a living. But when he gets entangled with the criminal-political underworld of Sri Lanka after a fateful taxi ride, the next few hours will decide the rest of his life.

An embarrassing problem emerges in a quiet household somewhere in a province of Sri Lanka. The patriarch of a lovely family suddenly dies in front of the TV one fateful night. He experienced something soulfully romantic before his last breath and the most sensitive part of his deceased body still functions without pulse or blood pressure. As Rangana and Tanya embark on this motorbike journey across the city, questions about their present, challenges to their future and the very essence of their lives is brought to the fore, in "Motor Bicycle."
