Mike and Danny fly a cropduster, but because of Danny's gambling debts, a local sheriff takes custody of it. Trying to earn money, they hitch-hike to the World's Fair in Seattle and, while Danny tries to earn money playing poker, Mike takes care of a small girl whose father has disappeared. Being a ladies' man, he also finds the time to court a young nurse.

After being severely injured, Nada the show star looks for a new replacement to be the heroine of the band instead of her. She accidentally sees Hasana dancing in one of the carnivals and decides to train her, while the girl who was the candidate to be the heroine tries to get rid of her.

Johnny is an expert at judo, water skiing, golf, tennis, scuba diving, and racing cars, but is a helpless flop around women. One night, in an effort to cure him, his doctor takes him to a nightclub to get him used to being around attractive women. Johnny faints and is humiliated by the newspapers revealing his "malady" and runs away, flying his plane to a remote part of the ocean where he crashes on a island of nude women. At first, Johnny is afraid to look at the naked women...but soon they have him considering the lure of nudity as well.

(Wedad) is a dancer in her aunt's cafe in Naja Hammadi, and once the prince (Yusuf), known for his corruption and injustice, arrives at his palace in Naja Hammadi, and sees Widad and asks her to dance for him at a private party, and tries to rape her but she succeeds in running away from him, and she tries to take revenge with the help of officer (Hassan).

Hosni is the owner of a cabaret, he gets used to marrying every time from the dancer who works for him in order to get her money and then abandon her to marry another dancer and so on, but when he reunites three of his victims dancers and get together, they decide together to put a tight plan to take revenge on him for everything he did to them, especially since the side of the cabret has other illegal works in secret.

The first musical comedy from the Grand National assembly line, Hats Off stars John Payne and Mae Clarke as rival press agents Jimmy Maxwell and Jo Allen. Both have been assigned to stir up publicity for separate expositions at the 1936 Texas Centennial (newsreel footage of which predominates throughout the film's short running time). To throw Jimmy off the track, Jo pretends to be a schoolteacher, but by the time the ruse has been revealed, the two leading characters have fallen in love.
