Overview
At a summer Naval Academy, an ambitious young cadet is hell-bent on being the top of her class. But when she’s grouped with a bunch of losers: a Bookworm, a Class clown and a Basket case, her perfect vision for the summer is derailed. Together they train, compete, fall in love and find themselves.

Meanwhile, in outer space, Planet Z is threatened by the evil forces of Planet 38. Planet Z’s president XM (Tim Kazurinsky) launches a secret plan to trick Planet 38 into attacking Earth instead. A peace-loving emissary from Planet Z recruits the children of Betaville to warn the President (John Astin) about XM’s secret plan.

A caretaker at a summer camp is burned when a prank goes tragically wrong. After several years of intensive treatment at hospital, he is released back into society, albeit missing some social skills. What follows is a bloody killing spree with the caretaker making his way back to his old stomping ground to confront one of the youths that accidentally burned him.
