Phil Bloom (Berkel en Rodenrijs, 27 November 1945) is a Dutch artist, entertainer, actress, and former member of the Fluxus art group. She was the first person to appear completely nude on Dutch television, on 28 July 1967, which caused scandal and controversy at the time.
