Overview
The obstetrics and gynecology department where Juri Takahashi is about to give birth is a horrifyingly abnormal hospital. When young women come to the doctor's office, they are always put to sleep under anesthesia. The director and his assistants perform all kinds of acts on them, and they record the scenes with a video camera and collect them.

Shogo is a street musician who doesn't sell well. However, he dreams of one day making a major debut, and continues to sing around town today while earning money through part-time appearances in gay AVs. Shogo has a girlfriend named Yusuke who he lives with, and Yusuke supports Shogo's dreams. One day, Shogo met Kohei for the first time in a while at a class reunion. During high school, Shogo and Kohei, who had the goal of becoming a top-class architect, often talked about their dreams. The two were best friends, but in reality, Shogo was secretly in love with Kohei. After reuniting with Kohei, Shogo regains the dream he had almost lost and is working hard to create music again. However, Shogo receives word that Kohei has fallen ill with acute leukemia.

The film tells the story of Russian emigree and the only survivor from ship crash Yanko Goorall and servant Amy Foster in the end of 19th century. When Yanko enters a farm sick and hungry after the shipwreck, everyone is afraid of him, except for Amy, who is very kind and helps him. Soon he becomes like a son for Dr. James Kennedy and romance between Yanko and Amy follows.

When architect Alex Wyler moves into an unusual glass house on stilts over a lake, he discovers a note from the previous tenant in the mailbox--but no one's lived in the house for years. He replies and soon discovers that he's corresponding with a doctor named Kate Forster. Their correspondence, only through the 'magical' mailbox, turns romantic and their paths cross in unexpected ways, but when they try to truly connect, danger looms. They must try to unravel the mystery behind their extraordinary romance before it's too late.
