Overview
The French romance follows musician Dadju and his love story with the hypnotizing Ima. Dadju returns to his home city Kinshasa to perform in a concert. Laetitia is a big fan, but after she finds out that Dadju's concert is sold out, she relies on her father's connections with her boss Yavan to find extra tickets. Yavan invites Dadju to participate in a private concert. Seeking to seduce Laetitia's sister Ima, Yavan hosts the concert, but fate intervenes when Dadju falls in love with Ima at first sight.

The attractive Oberleutnant Paul Wendlandt is stationed in North Africa as a fighter pilot. While in Berlin to deliver a report he is given a day's leave, and on the stage of the cabaret theatre "Skala" sees the popular Danish singer Hanna Holberg. For Paul it is love at first sight. When Hanna visits friends after the end of the performance, he follows her, and speaks to her in the U-Bahn. After the party in her friends' flat, he accompanies her home and chance throws them further together when an air raid warning forces them to take cover in the air raid shelter. Hanna reciprocates Paul's feelings, but after a night spent together Paul has to return immediately to the front. There now follows a whole series of misunderstandings, and one missed opportunity after another. While Hanna waits in vain for some sign of life from Paul, he is flying on missions in North Africa. When he tries to visit her in her Berlin flat, she is giving a Christmas concert in Paris.

It has kidnapped Roxane Labelle, a Canadian singer covered gold records and awards. To his captors, no question of release without payment of a large ransom. Father and manager of the star, Paul Labelle asks a small accountant do it. Easier said than done, especially the payer also has a large sum to the Mafia and, rapidly, what Québec account scoundrels, thieves and killers are chasing the fabulous bonanza.

Contemporary tale of young forbidden love, inspired by Norwegian folklore and medieval gore. Set in Norway during The Black Death, the film turns on the pious noble girl Astrid (18) who falls in love with the pagan outlaw Eilev (18), whose blood is believed to hold a cure for the deadly disease. When Eilev is captured, Astrid faces a devastating dilemma: lose him or become the monster she fears most - Pesta - the plague itself.
