Overview
Haunted by the tragic murder of his partner, Joe Magnum spirals into a dangerous obsession, relentlessly stalking a young man named Phil Bradley. However, Joe isn't the only one watching Phil's every move. Private investigator Randall Maxxon is also trailing him, hired to uncover suspected corporate espionage. When Joe's erratic behavior turns physically threatening, Randall is forced to step out of the shadows to protect Phil.
