Sharing the same psychologist, kleptomaniac Roberto, who writes stories a bit too realistic and scary for kids, and a narcoleptic Beatrice, who documents everything in her life, begin to think that love could be the cure for their problems. But nothing comes easy to either of them, and, just like in one of Roberto's stories, the happy ending really needs to be sought after. Will they find their own?

This is Lara. She measures 1,70m, her feet are too long for her body. That's why she's always stumbling. Lara lives in a strange world where everyone has a curvy, caricatured posture, except for her. No one communicates, people look but don't see each other. One day, Lara meets Hugo, the first person she identifies with. They get to know each other through a simple glance. To what extent does this contact between them change their beings?

The animated film is based on the comic book "Cerebus the Aardvark", considered by many to have started the indie alternative comic field. It started in 1977 and ran for 300 issues and holds the Guinness World Record for "Most consecutive issues of a comic-book drawn and written by one person". The comic's creator, Dave Sim, told us there was a 99% chance he would not approve of our film, but against all odds upon finishing the film he gave a thumbs upon completion. Our film is the first CGI feature to be done on no budget in history. He has previously turned down George Lucas, DreamWorks and Paramount.
