Overview
When a man tells his friends that he is gay and asks for the appropriate emotional support, one of them, the most conservative, decides to try to reverse the situation. From there, a series of comic situations are unleashed that will take the group through different emotional stages that will help them reinvent friendship.

Picture this if you will. A futuristic lighthouse floating through dark space. Aboard this lighthouse is a Spirit Guide and his two younglings Alexi and friend Micah. Three spiritual beings on an unusual journey. When the curious Alexi asks what his life will be like on earth the Spirit Guide is compelled to show him. He knows that dark forces are at hand and Alexi may indeed never be born at all. The Guide reluctantly shows him special moments in time where we find Alexi's family in deep turmoil where dark secrets abound.

For his 45th birthday, wealthy Californian Adam receives a surprise gift from his choreographer partner: 100 weekly Spanish lessons with Cariño, a vivacious expat who teaches virtually from her home in Costa Rica. Adam's unconvinced at first; a self-described “creature-of-habit”, he’s unsure about where or how this new element will fit into his carefully-structured routine.

County Durham, England, 1984. The miners' strike has started and the police have started coming up from Bethnal Green, starting a class war with the lower classes suffering. Caught in the middle of the conflict is 11-year old Billy Elliot, who, after leaving his boxing club for the day, stumbles upon a ballet class and finds out that he's naturally talented. He practices with his teacher Mrs. Wilkinson for an upcoming audition in Newcastle-upon Tyne for the royal Ballet school in London.

A film crew in search of a new documentary project determines to find a wrongfully imprisoned death-row inmate. Enter Chauncey Ledbetter, a quirky and potentially gay prisoner convicted of murdering his high school show choir teacher. As filming of the documentary progresses, evidence increases that Chauncey might be guilty after all.
