The Cleavers are an all-American family living in Ohio – wise father Ward, loving mother June, teenage son Wally, and 8-year-old Theodore, better known as 'Beaver'. Beaver hopes to get a bike as a gift from his father and to please him tries out for his school football team and he makes it, only to be embarrassed. The bike he gets is quickly stolen. Meanwhile, Wally is trying to help his friend Eddie Haskell to get the heart of pretty classmate Karen, but Karen seems to like Wally more, and that leads to tensions between the friends.

When a decaying Russian satellite crashes on the island, the Professor uses a key component for a barometer. With that device, he learns that a massive wave is going to swamp the island. In desperation, the castaways lash their huts together into one structure in order to have any chance to ride the disaster out.

During a hot summer afternoon, a peculiar, wide-eyed 5th grader asks his teacher for advice about telling his crush how he feels. They discuss different tactics, and, ultimately, the boy sort of gains the courage to overcome his fears... sort of. He also inspires the teacher to maybe ask out his own crush... sort of.

In this prequel to the Kino no Tabi series, young Kino is being trained by their teacher. They learn how to ride their motorrad Hermes and develops their gift of excellent marksmanship. However, their guilt concerning the real Kino is with them when they decide to set off on a journey. All the while, Kino is becoming confused about their real identity.

Teen misfits Roma, Toto, and Drop call themselves the “Don Glees,” an informal name for their backyard adventures. One day, when the trio gets blamed for a nearby forest fire, they set off into the woods to prove their innocence. As disaster strikes their expedition, tensions flare between the friends as they realize that growing up has taken them on wildly different paths in life.

Upon reaching the train station to death, a dejected soul is informed that he is lucky and will have another chance at life. He is placed in the body of a 14-year-old boy named Kobayashi Makoto, who has just committed suicide. Watched over by a neutral spirit named Purapura, the soul must figure out what his greatest sin and mistake in his former life was, before his time limit in Makoto's body runs out. He also has a number of other lesser duties he must complete, such as understanding what led Makoto to commit suicide in the first place and learning how to enjoy his second chance at life.
