Overview

Sotiris, the president of Ano Latini, goes to Athens to get information about the project of expropriation for the construction of a military airport in the village. Dimitroula, president's daughter, is in love with Vangelis, an aircraftsman, who serves his duty in Athens. When Vangelis learns that a wealthy villager asked to marry his girlfriend, he goes to the village with his friend Kanellos, to find out what's happening. Disillusioned, he leaves, goes back to his old gang and plans to rob the department store.

They quickly fall in love and plan to get married, despite opposition from Sarah's uptight, rich family. It takes a fair bit of casual chat for Elle to realize she is able to rant about life's connected events and the lines that link us all. Luckily, Guy is a good listener, specially when charmed by a pretty girl with a talent for intriguing randomness. As to the bond that brings the two of them together... well, that's another story.
