Overview
Set in present day Northeastern Mississippi and Memphis, Blackie returns to Earth 42 years after his first visit to complete a mission: Given a second chance by The Elder of the Lo-Fi Frequency, he is to finish his original mission of killing 12 victims. He hooks up with his old friend Mike then eventually meets Kerine and Goliatha. Trouble begins...

This film tells a city that has been surrounded by zombies. In the city there is still a man who still lives with his baby child. His father used a remote control car to get milk and food at a convenience store. They live in an apartment. In the apartment there are a lot of zombies that make him unable to go out to look for food in the apartment.

The Tall Man, that imposing menace from Morningside Mortuary, is back and once again haunting the thoughts of the now-adult Mike and his friend, ex-Ice Cream vendor Reggie. The two continue their hunt for the mysterious figure and in his path of destruction encounter a variety of dangerous situations, friends and enemies.
