After two-month-old kitten Chibi-neko is abandoned by her former owners, she is found by 18-year-old Tokio. Gintoki and his friends venture to Yoshiwara to fulfill Haruta's wish, but standing in their way is Housen, the Night King who rules Yoshiwara.
