A comic caper about Happy Singh, a Punjabi villager who goes through a series of misadventures and eventually becomes the King of the Australian underworld.

Sweet, attractive and naive Ganga lives in a small village in India, with her mom. She is in love with Shankar, who has gone to the city at the recommendation of Thakur Shamsher Singh, and would like to marry him soon. Her dreams and innocence come to an end when she is lured by Shamsher to his mansion so that she can sleep with Minister Choudhry Devkirai.

Ranjeet Thadani is a bored and arrogant music producer who along with his friends hosts a party every Friday where they invite an 'idiot' to ridicule them and have fun at their expense. One day, he invites Bharat Bhushan, a kind hearted yet annoying Income Tax inspector, who ends up messing things for people when he tries to help them who makes Ranjeet regret inviting him.

Kamal Khosla's land is grabbed by a land shark named Khurana. In a bid to retrieve their land, Khosla's elder son hatches a clever plan to con the crook and enlists the help of his friends and his dysfunctional family.

Mallik is a henchman of Aslam Bhai, a Mumbai underworld kingpin. He inducts local hothead Chandu into the gang, and the two of them soon form a formidable faction within the gang, eventually displacing Aslam. As the empire grows, however, the two of them start drifting apart.

Raj is a heartbreaker. His love stories with Mahi, Radhika and Gayatri finally teach him about love and life in their own sweet, sexy and sassy way.

The catch is Jugaad comes to life when the MCD locks the doors of advertising agency under the sealing drive. Life turns around to the worst and pushes the desperate CEO towards Jugaad and all makeshift efforts. In the process many characters like property dealer, power brokers, so called connected people with politicians and senior officers walk into the story.
