Overview
Havaldar Mehtaab Singh is entrusted with the honorable responsibility of personally informing the family of a martyred Lance Naik about his wartime demise. However, his mission takes an unexpected turn when he encounters an oppressed young village woman named Basant Kaur. Kaj is a stubborn man with a great deal of pride. The former chef lives in a council flat.
