A writer escapes to a distant land to flee his past and pen his autobiography. However, he soon finds himself caught in a series of strange events, which eventually take a new turn.

The film is based on the concept that government should make Rs. 500 crores the maximum limit for property that could be owned by anyone and should confiscate any excess, to be distributed to the poor and needy.
