Overview
An acclaimed author has developed an interest in satanism and black magic. Hoping to manipulate him to suit his own perverse desire, his publisher convinces him to perform the ultimate black rite: a human sacrifice. Selecting a beautiful burlesque dancer to be their victim, he begins having doubts about his beliefs, as his publisher becomes more and more preoccupied with the black arts, and murder.

Anja and five friends join anthroplogy student, Dace, on a journey to study a remote, ancient rock painting. Their excitement vanishes when Mel becomes delirious after skinny-dipping in the waterhole. Feverish, bleeding, confused, she physically and mentally regresses to a vicious predatory state. Mel has gone primal. Mel’s lover and friends realise they are the prey as she savagely hunts them down. Before they can escape another one of them starts to regress, posing a hideous choice; kill their friends or be killed by them. Their only hope of survival is through a cave, where Anja learns too late the meaning of the ancient rock art they came to study.

The village terror grew increasingly tense due to the many strange occurrences occurring in the village, especially since many of the victims were pregnant women. The succession of terrifying and disturbing incidents angered the villagers, angering them. The terrifying terrors and apparitions intensified as the night of Suro approached.

HAO has retrocognitive ability, an ability to see past events. With his ability, Hao helps SARI, a vocational school student, who was kidnapped by ‘Pocong Gundul’ - a evil pocong figure with a bald head. Together with his best friend RIDA, Hao manages to save Sari, but Hao's actions ignites anger from the Pocong Gundul. Terror after terror threatens Hao's life. With his ability, he travels into Pocong Gundul's past and finds out that in his past, he was a black shaman named WALISDI. An evil man who performs a dangerous ancient ritual, a ritual that turns him into ‘Pocong Gundul’. If Hao does not do anything, Pocong Gundul will roam around and take more victims. Hao must do his best to stop Pocong Gundul's evil plan, even though his life is at stake.

Eight years after Herman's tragic death due to black magic, Sri is rebuilding her life with her daughter, Dina, and Andi, who has married Rani. Sri's father informs her that her mother is seriously ill. They come to visit, and that's the beginning of their disaster. A past sin Sri has been hiding now threatens her family.
