In 1920s Ireland young doctor Damien O'Donovan prepares to depart for a new job in a London hospital. As he says his goodbyes at a friend's farm, British Black and Tans arrive, and a young man is killed. Damien joins his brother Teddy in the Irish Republican Army, but political events are soon set in motion that tear the brothers apart.

An uncompromising anarchic comedy about the state of independent film making in Britain's ever increasing surveillance society. With specific reference to Godard's call to revolutionary action with his movie La Chinoise we follow the exploits of two guerrilla film makers in contemporary London as they try to make relevant and committed films whilst at the same time keeping one step ahead of the authorities - we see all this while being lectured by a charismatic teacher on how to survive with a camera in Britain today.

Bogotá, 1980. During the government of President Turbay. An urban cell of the M-19 invades the Embassy of the Dominican Republic, taking 14 ambassadors as hostages. They demand that they be exchanged for political prisoners. The film focuses on the events that took place during those two months of captivity.

The murder of popular leader Jorge Eliécer Gaitán unleashes violence in the Colombian countryside. Guerrillas are formed that, behind the facade of partisan struggle, also fight for control of the land. Canaguaro commands one of these groups. Their story is the same as that of thousands of Colombians, survivors of attacks on their families. We learn about his life and that of his friends through the journey in search of weapons that the party has promised them and that will never be delivered to them. They are called to order and reconciliation and, finally, murdered.
