If townspeople don't go nuts from wanting a cigarette, or kill each other from irritation and frustration, they will win a huge prize.

Ranchowner Slim Perkins is in love with his neighbor's niece, Angelica Wayne, but her aunt and uncle throw him off their property because he is a poor bumbler. One day a stranger buys Slim's ranch for one million dollars because the land contains valuable minerals. Slim and his partner, Andy Jones, are overwhelmed by their new found wealth, but it does not help to soothe Slim's hurt feelings when he finds out that Angelica has gone to England to stay with her other aunt. He decides to bring her his horse, "Cynthia Ann," as a gift, and with Andy and the horse, he sets sail.

At the quiet Harapan Ayah Hospital, Razi blends in with three medical students undergoing their clinical rotations. What initially seems like routine night shifts gradually turns into a series of terrifying experiences after an unidentified patient dies under their care. Strange occurrences begin to emerge—shadows, unsettling sounds, and the presence of a horrifying figure. The situation reaches its peak when the patient’s body mysteriously disappears from their watch. Caught between medical logic and the fear of the unexplainable, they are forced to confront a mystery that slowly reveals a truth far greater than they ever imagined.

An unemployed pot-smoking slacker and amateur drummer, Anthony Stoner ditches his strict parents and hits the road, eventually meeting kindred spirit Pedro de Pacas. While the drug-ingesting duo is soon arrested for possession of marijuana, Anthony and Pedro get released on a technicality, allowing them to continue their many misadventures and ultimately compete in a rock band contest, where they perform the raucous tune "Earache My Eye."

When he incurs the wrath of a senator bent on snuffing out cigarettes, Nick's powers of "filtering the truth" will be put to the test.
