The story of Jennifer Dulos, the wealthy Connecticut mother-of-five who mysteriously vanished on May 24, 2019. Jennifer believed that she had found her Prince Charming in Fotis Dulos, but by the time of her disappearance, their 13-year marriage had disintegrated and they were engaged in a bitter divorce and a contentious custody dispute for their five children. When she disappeared without a trace after dropping off her children at school, the police turned the spotlight on Fotis, who claimed that Jennifer had staged her own disappearance a la Gone Girl.

The Rebels rule the streets of Gary, Indiana. They shoot storekeeper Marvin Bookman for giving the police information about a drive-by shooting they committed. Marvin’s son, former NFL star and Rebel founder John returns to be with his father and, with a little help from some friends, to destroy the gang his way.

Inspector Cassin, a renowned Paris detective, departs to the country for a much-needed break. There he falls in love with the innkeeper’s daughter, Nanette, who is already betrothed to a local farmer. On the evening of their engagement party, Nanette and the farmer both disappear. Cassin takes up the case immediately to discover what happened to them and who is responsible.

Small-time businessman Charles Engle is threatened with exposure for embezzling $3,000 for his free-spending wife. Deciding on suicide, he scribbles a note, stuffs it in his pocket and goes for one last night on the town. He is pulled into a poker game by conman Bill O'Brien and singer Nina Barone, but when they discover the dropped note, they resolve to turn the tables, get Engle his $3,000 and save his life.

While investigating, he discovers links to official corruption in NYC in this drama that delves into a world of sex and drugs, homophobia, homosexuality and bisexuality.
