Overview
The Reception takes place in an isolated mansion on an island, but the host is mysteriously absent. A storm traps everyone inside, and the atmosphere turns sour when it is revealed, by way of a video, that each of the guests has a criminal past. A death ensues, and then another... the mansion quickly turns into a jail. Inspired by Agatha Christie's Ten Little Indians.

Back in Paris after a two-year absence, he informs his superiors through Colonel Martin that he will fulfill his contract during Njala’s upcoming official visit to Paris between the 12th and 15th of this month, and that he has a few scores to settle with the D.G.S.E. The question is, should Beaumont be stopped or not?

When Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil come to New York City to pick up their share of a heist score, Oleg steals a video camera and starts filming their activities, both legal and illegal. When they learn how the American media circus can make a remorseless killer look like the victim and make them rich, they target media-savvy NYPD Homicide Detective Eddie Flemming and media-naive FDNY Fire Marshal Jordy Warsaw, the cops investigating their murder and torching of their former criminal partner, filming everything to sell to the local tabloid TV show "Top Story."
