Overview
Anbe Anbe is a Tamil Family Drama Film. Nambiar and his wife Manorama head a large family with their two sons, one daughter and their spouses and children. Shaam, one of their grandsons, is loved by all while Yugendran, who works in the city, is the black sheep of the family. Shaam and Sharmili, Nambiar's grand daugther fall in love but it soon develops into a love triangle when Yugendran starts believing Sharmili is in love with him and so falls for her too.

Eight-grader Petya Kopeikin, despite his short stature and nondescript appearance, is constantly in the spotlight. Petya is noble, witty, well versed in literature, he writes wonderful poems. Kopeikin has long been secretly in love with his classmate Masha Goroshkina, and she is passionate about the new student from 9 "A" Kolya Kristallov. Masha tells Petya about her feelings and asks him to hand over a note to Kolya. Deeply worried from unrequited love, Petya not only doesn't stand in the way of a happier rival, but even helps him win Masha's heart. He wants to prove that courage and honor were not only inherent in the times of “musketeer” novels, but exist in our time. Petya chooses to follow the example of the hero of the famous play Edmond Rostan and in his actions copies Cyrano de Bergerac.

Art film producer Jeremy Prokosch, unhappy with the work of his director, hires Fritz Lang (as himself) to direct an adaptation of The Odyssey, but when it seems that the legendary filmmaker is making a picture destined to bomb, he brings in a screenwriter to energise the script. The professional intersects with the personal when a rift develops between the writer and his wife.

Dia(Pankaja Menon) heroine of the movie is a management student in Mangalore. She and four of her friends(Catherine, Hashim, Yamini and Chinna Gounder) visits Rajasthan for 15 days to attend a marriage. There she meets a Rajput boy Pavan(Arun Shankar) and falls in love with him. What happens to her there after that in that unknown land makes the content of the film.

"It's great that we now have a man on the ward... I always say that having a man like that on the staff works wonders!" says nursing manager Petra Opels during her welcome meeting with her new employee Holger. The charming commitment-phobe has actually come to southern Germany from Berlin to escape his unresolved relationship issues. Instead, however, he once again brings a lot of turmoil to the fragile emotional lives of two women: Barbara, who works as a kitchen assistant in the same nursing home, has chosen Holger as a remedy for her loneliness. However, the tender love story is immediately thrown into turmoil when Holger soon finds himself attracted to his boss, Petra Opels.
