Nancy Taylor, a divorced mother of three, feels especially lonely during the holidays. All she wants for Christmas is to meet a nice man - even just a nice compliment would make her day. For some time now, the residents of the placid little village of Sonnenthal talk only about one topic: Football! The ambitious mayor wants to promote the Sonnenthal team to the district league at any price because this success would also boost his own popularity. But he did not expect the resistance of the new head of school, Barbara, who is heavily annoyed by the one-sided focus. To bring Sonnenthal′s men and the mayor in particular to their senses, Barbara sets up a women′s football team that soon turns out to be a serious competition for the men′s team.

After his first appearance on the competitive world stage, Haruka was overwhelmed by Albert’s swimming and lost his way. “What are you swimming for?” His reason to swim and what the water means to him are called into question. The question has trapped Haruka, and he struggles to find the answer on his own.

After almost thirty years, Germaine, Firmin's great love, suddenly returns to her hometown. Firmin is overjoyed and determined to win Germaine's heart back, but Germaine rejects his advances. Then Mohammed Boutrous, a young and talented boxer, seeks out Firmin. He wants Firmin to train him. Firmin accepts, hoping to regain his honor and the love of his life...

The movie is set in Nis, Serbia. A girl from Pittsburgh called Sophia, who lives and works as a designer in an international construction company in Nis, decides to change her bad habits and her life for the better, after hearing an advertisement on the radio and applying for a huge international casting for top models. Until the day of the casting, Sophia is working on herself and is making changes in her life that she never imagined she would. However, after the casting and the CEO Marc’s decision, as well as the decision of his assistant Jenny and the whole ‘Markofit’ team, Sophia is faced with true disappointment and goes back to her old ways. Nonetheless, this soon changes after one conversation with Jenny, the assistant. The movie ‘Change’ was created with a goal to show support to all the people around the world, who do not believe in themselves and lack motivation. The film puts forth the idea that anything is possible in life if we are willing to make changes.
