Overview
Oscar Krug is looked upon with suspicion by his neighbors because of his German name. When the US is drawn into the war with Germany, he enlists and travels the seas with his wife, Alice Morse. During a submarine attack Alice is snatched from Krug's side by a German officer. Krug now lives to have his revenge, and when the opportunity presents itself, he will have it.

Jean Claude Van Damme plays a dual role as Alex and Chad, twins separated at the death of their parents. Chad is raised by a family retainer in Paris, Alex becomes a petty crook in Hong Kong. Seeing a picture of Alex, Chad rejoins him and convinces him that his rival in Hong Kong is also the man who killed their parents. Alex is suspicious of Chad, especially when it comes to his girlfriend.

Major General Ezz El-Din travels to Tunisia to arrest Mohsen, who left Egypt years ago after being wrongfully accused of killing his daughter. Mohsen lives in Tunisia and is married to Magda. He has become a successful businessman. Mohsen confesses to Ezz El-Din that his daughter Nadia was involved in a relationship with her colleague Nabil, who brought love between them.
