Overview
After a disastrous relationship, Toby Brighter is set up on a blind date by his sister, Charlotte. Toby's date, Lucas Delmore, is charming, charismatic, and physically flawless. Gordon Liu plays a stuntman named Daiyu, who is his town's sole vampire non-believer holdout. When his young daughter “adopts” a vampire kid, his viewpoint changes. Daiyu, with help from a female Japanese student, must defend his village against hopping vampires and an evil sorcerer who want their land.

Walt is a lonely convenience store clerk who has fallen in love with a Mexican migrant worker named Johnny. Though Walt has little in common with the object of his affections — including a shared language — his desire to possess Johnny prompts a sexual awakening that results in a tangled love triangle.

A young man suffering from significant childhood trauma believes there are portals to the darkness around him that can be accessed through extreme self-mutilation. He locks himself in his home and proceeds to perform acts to summon the Goddess Ishtar to help him cross over to the other side.
