Kickboxing champion Matt Reeves witnesses the murder of his friend Johnny. While investigating the crime, he learns that a Mr. Negaal in South Africa has founded a new kickboxing association and does not leave international champions much of a chance. Johnny had to pay with his life when he did not want to join. Neegal seems to kill everybody who is in his way especially David Sloan from the previous Kickboxer films. Matt is on his own now, but suddenly finds an unexpected ally.

When a street smart "goth girl", Nikki, is forced to attend cheerleader camp as part of her rehabilitation from a juvenile correction facility, she clashes with the "popular girls," and finds herself embroiled in a bitter rivalry with the bitchy ringleader Rachel . But when members of the spirit squad start turning up dead, the girls must put aside their differences and struggle to survive the murderous rage of a crazed psycho-killer lurking among them!

Ricky is the hottest water-ski instructor around and has just been rehired by his former employer/camp to whip up attendance. Unfortunately, the camp is in serious financial trouble. The owner of a rival, more popular camp wants to buy them out. Therefore they will have to engage in a mean, winner-takes-all competition that will settle the score once and for all.
