Overview
The film begins in 1857, when India was ruled by the British East India Company. Mangal Pandey is a sepoy, a soldier of Indian origin, in the army of the East India Company. Pandey is fighting in the Anglo-Afghan Wars and saves the life of his British commanding officer, William Gordon. Gordon is indebted to Pandey and a strong friendship develops between them, transcending both rank and race.

Seibei Iguchi leads a difficult life as a low ranking samurai at the turn of the nineteenth century. A widower with a meager income, Seibei struggles to take care of his two daughters and senile mother. Still haunted by his past, Jeff must run again and travels with Prisha, who secretly followed him, to India to find a new life and to get her father’s blessing for the two now in love. Can he fulfil his dream?

Raj Malhotra is a luckless architect who seeks success but in vain. He bumps into a social activist named Priya. Raj finds out that Priya is a lucky charm for him but unfortunately she is protecting the community center for which he aims to win the contract of demolishing for a brand new shopping mall.
