Overview
The Dekarangers respond to a disturbance in the city. On arriving, they find the area under attack from three brightly-coloured people. They fight them but they steal Machine Bull to chase a crow, which is apparently their enemy. They crash and are arrested by the Dekarangers. At DekaBase, the Dekarangers discover that their prisoners are Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.

An expedition in the South Pacific lands on a tropical island where the natives worship the mysterious deity Gappa. An earthquake opens up an underground cavern and a baby reptile is discovered inside. The natives warn the foreigners to leave the hatching alone, but they don't listen and take it back to a zoo in Japan. Soon after, moma and papa Gappa start smashing Tokyo looking for their kidnapped child.

Journalists Ichiro Sakai and Junko cover the wreckage of a typhoon when an enormous egg is found and claimed by greedy entrepreneurs. Mothra's fairies arrive and are aided by the journalists in a plea for its return. As their requests are denied, Godzilla arises near Nagoya and the people of Infant Island must decide if they are willing to answer Japan's own pleas for help.

Japan is thrown into a panic after several ships are sunk near Odo Island. An expedition to the island led by Dr. Kyohei Yamane soon discover something far more devastating than imagined in the form of a 50 meter tall monster whom the natives call Gojira. However, through a special ritual, those who seek Higari's power can resurrect her by replaying eight notes on the Tougen Flute to undo Sougen's seal. In the present, while Kouga Saezima has travelled to the promised land (Garo: Soukoku no Maryu), two fallen priests,Jabi and Rekka, will attempt to return Higari.

Searching for his brother, Ryota stows away on a boat belonging to a criminal alongside two other teenagers. The group shipwrecks on Letchi island and discover the Infant Island natives have been enslaved by a terrorist organization controlling a crustacean monster. Finding a sleeping Godzilla, they decide to awaken him to defeat the terrorists and liberate the natives.

This twin V-Cinema movies contains the second and third installments after the initial Kamen Rider Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser, they both follow the characters of both Heart and Go Shijima beyond the conclusion of the series. Heart/Mach both take place following the novel, "Kamen Rider Drive: ~Mach Saga~", which takes place two years following the conclusion of the Kamen Rider Drive TV series.

Ultimate Force Zero must now put a stop to Killer's rampage and defeat Beatstar in the process. This is part 2 of a 2-part special release to promote the movie Ultraman Saga.
