Overview
This soviet montage inspired film, is about a group of friends who are meeting up to spend the day together. However, things change when suddenly one of the friends is poisoned. This then results in accusations, truth, lies and a mystery. They have to work out 'whodunnit' to redeem and avenge their friend's death before the killer strikes again...

After the elevators at a New York City skyscraper begin inexplicably malfunctioning, putting its passengers at risk, mechanic Mark Newman and reporter Jennifer Evans begin separate investigations. Newman gets resistance from superiors at his company, which manufactured the elevator, while additional elevator incidents cause several gruesome deaths. The police get involved and suspect that terrorists are responsible, but a far stranger explanation looms.

Sasaki is a sincere civil servant, working at city hall. Due to his timid personality, he can't properly deal with nasty people, including a single mother on the verge of giving up her own child, another civil servant pressing him to have a physical relationship, and a person who receives welfare benefits unfairly. His passivity leads him to get caught up in a terrible crime.

Brujeria is the Spanish word for witchcraft. Both men and women can be witches, brujos and brujas, respectively. A brujo controls much of the dance and chaos surrounding this troupe. When a young stagehand enters the would of this secluded dance retreat, it upsets the balance of the retreat's lead dancer a couple comprised of a lesbian and a bisexual woman. When the bisexual woman finds herself attracted to the stagehand, their relationship is tested, and the ensuing chaos feeds the brujeria.

100 years since the beginning of First World War. Locality - French cemetery in Bitola. State protocol. There are deputies, ministers, ambassadors, military attaches, consuls, honorary consuls, media present - Priests - Orthodox, Catholic, Muslim. - Military band. Jean Batiste Valerie, an old man of about 77 years of age, arrives in Bitola for the first time. Tiny, petite, with thin and gray hair, arrives late at the sad ceremony held in honor of the fallen French soldiers in the First World War. According to correspondence and information from the French army, his predecessor with the same name and surname must be located somewhere nearby. The ceremony had already begun.
