In Paraíba in the 70s, love took place on the banks of the Paraíba River. Two teenagers, Josué and Alex fall in love and run away from their aristocratic families in the countryside of Paraíba state. A reporter arrives in Rijeka and is placed in a hotel room numbered 23 where he also meets a mysterious roommate with a shady past.
