Overview
Artist Antoine has lost all inspiration and slipped into alcoholism since the death of his wife Irène, a loss he blames himself for. Suzanne is a penniless sideshow performer pretending to be a clairvoyant, whom Antoine consults in a bid to connect with Irène. Antoine’s dealer Armand, desperate to keep Antoine from falling apart, urges Suzanne to keep the ruse alive. She stages a series of improvised hypnosis sessions, claiming she can channel Irène in exchange for having her debts paid by Armand.

At a hilltop cottage, Giorgio and Matteo are hosting a dinner party for Giorgio's artistic friends from the city. As the group discuss art, cinema and gossip, Matteo becomes withdrawn. Arthur Egeli directs this multifaceted romance set on the beaches of Cape Cod, the story of young painter Steven Buchanan (Pablo Bryant) and his interactions with three beautiful women vying to be his muse. There's Melissa (Isabelle Dahlin), the student who admires him; Theresa (Jessica Brytn Flannery), the model who inspires him; and Mary (Aleksandra Kaniak), the fellow artist who transforms him.

Daisy Kenyon is a Manhattan commercial artist having an affair with an arrogant and overbearing but successful lawyer and family man named Dan O'Mara. Daisy meets a single man, a war veteran named Peter Lapham, and after a brief and hesitant courtship decides to marry him, although she is still in love with Dan.
The film’s storyline is one many returned Maltese migrants will no doubt associate with: it’s about a young free-spirited artist, Karl, who returns to his home island Malta after a long time away. It covers his personal journey discovering his roots. Reliving old habits with friends and memories from his childhood, this journey leads him to re-visit his past with his ex-girlfriend, and then with a new friend, Anna, through whom he visits his old home in Gozo, now a neglected house full of memories. Anna is his springboard for self reflection and becomes his reason for trying to start life again in Malta; a place he’s familiar with but is now seeing through different eyes.

When a love letter falls into Sara's hands that is not meant for her, but whose addressee remains unclear, her curiosity is aroused. The words on the paper have caused something in her to resound, which she wants to trace. The surprising path of feelings makes its way through the jungle of life.
