Overview
Sunil Verma is the head of an advertising agency, and lives with a middle-class life with his wife, Shobna. Although Sunil gets to meet many beautiful women during the course of his employment, he has never really had an affair with anyone, and kept his relationship on a professional level. That is until he meets ravishing Kiran. Sunil has an affair with Kiran, and eventually divorces Shobna. It is said that the lives of models and actresses are quite shallow and superficial, but Sunil feels that with Kiran it is different. But when one is exposed to attractive people, both male and female, will Kiran feel the same about him after a few months' relationship?

Soon enough, inexplicable events begin occuring, which forces Siddharth to consult the eccentric psychiatrist Aditya Shrivastav to help solve the mystery.

Classmates Laaj (Waheeda Rehman) and Shyam elope to Bombay with Laaj's necklace, which they hope to pawn to pay for their travels. On the train, a crafty journalist named Pran (Dev Anand) overhears the lovers' plan and follows them in search of a story. When Shyam snatches the necklace and runs off, it's Pran to the rescue. What follows is a song-filled caper of intrigue, adventure and romance.

Pankaj , Gautam, Sameer and Martand are roommates in Pune who are bound together by their ambition to make it big in life with the least effort possible. Each one tries his hand at finding a shortcut to success but ends up being in even deeper trouble. Things get worse when the four decide to take a loan at high interest which they are unable to pay back. They believe that the only way to get rich without working hard is to marry the wealthy girl in their neighborhood and each of the four friends embark on their individual plans to woo her.
