Three NYC stories at a climax. Stories about breaking up, losing, leaving, giving away... the things or people you love, you live with, you depend on, which formed your past... The stories are about how difficult this is, how terrifying and how frightening. Yet, you HAVE to do what you have to do. The three girls are met at the turning point of their lives. The film is wonderful written, with few words and a great, exciting pace (though it takes its time and lot of it). Stop: there may be a lot of words, sometimes, but what's important is between-the-lines. The performances are marvellous. Style and location (all shot "on location") remind of this specific independent NYC style of Jarmusch, Poe, Seidelman, Silver, etc.

Ilyas and Brahim work at a television repair shop. When the end of the day arrives, his boss sends them to bring a television to a costumer on the other side of Barcelona, hours before the much-anticipated FC Barcelona's UEFA Champions League final, endangering their friendship and their job in order to get to see the game.

This gritty inner-city film follows various people living in a troubled New Jersey setting, most notably Nick Rinaldi, a disillusioned contractor who has been helped along his whole life by his wealthy father. Other characters in this ensemble drama about urban conflict and corruption include Asteroid , an unstable homeless person, and Wynn, an idealistic young politician.
Bewildered, Carlos awakens from a nightmare stalked by Death. The dream has a foreboding message, which is not entirely clear to him. Carlos decides to challenge his destiny and face the consequences, but his evil doing ends up shaping his own fate and that of those around him. Macabre by choice, Carlos attempts to tip the scales by changing the course of the plot designed by the gods. In this story, the unsettling city of Mexico is the backdropthat reveals psychological and human postures characteristic of a big city. It is a story where individuals who change their destiny with masks and opportunism manipulate morality, religion and reason for selfish personal gain.

Start Options Exit follows the exploits of twenty-somethings Neville Carlisle and Yolis Jenkem, street punks who have come to a freeing conclusion; If you forget stupid little things like reputation, the law, friendship and the suffering of others...well, life can be kinda fun. You can do whatever you want, getting women is easier, stupid people respect you, sometimes you can even make a little money.

Shot in long, contemplative takes, Madrona Marsh lingers on the last remaining vernal freshwater wetland in Los Angeles’s South Bay. Amid Torrance’s dense urban sprawl, the film observes the marsh as an unlikely oasis—home to birds, fish, insects, reptiles, and moments of quiet human presence. Influenced by the rhythms of slow cinema’s great masters, Devereaux shapes stillness and habitat into a meditative portrait of fragile ecology and the persistence of life within an urban environment.
