In a small fishing village, a gloomy middle school student named Kai meets a mermaid named Lu.

At a young age, Nitaroh is stricken with an illness that leaves him blind. He inherits the shamisen guitar once used by his mother and is taught its basics by a blind travelling shamisen player. In time with the help of friends old and new, he walks the paths that leads to his ultimate fate - that of founder of the Tsugaru style of shamisen play.

The Ghost Pop Tape shows him at his most vulnerable and depressed state while he was living in Japan. It was released with a DVD film to accompany it. However, the DVD is currently lost media. Our heroes got involved when one of the Marines recognized Luffy from the wanted poster. And they end up getting chased as well. Soon Jango steals the spotlight of the dance carnival and uses his hypnosis on everyone on the island. And soon everyone including Jango, The StrawHat Pirates, and the marines are all dancing like there's no tomorrow.
