In 1945, in the train station of Bogota, Colombia, a dead girl is found in a trunk. The case is assigned to Detective Mariano Corzo, he has to deal with an inquisitive journalist Hipólito Mosquera while trying to solve the mysterious case. Nobody knows who the girl is, or who put her in the trunk. The things turn bad when Mosquera publish the news in the local newspaper. With the help of a bartender Martina Quijano, Corzo will find an answer for the question: Who killed the girl and why?

Rebelión is the portrait of a genius in the depths of his intimacy, the throb of a soul in love and tormented by that great love: music. It is a timeless journey through his life, passing through the dark and lonely place where the creative act happens, where his talent is on the surface and his emotions are free, as well as his whims. The story takes place in hotel rooms, overflowing with chaos and the genius of Joe. A hotel room that are many and that, in turn, contains the agony of the genius who sabotages everything he loves to remain free.

A remote and lonely hotel holds a dark secret. La Patasola, a vengeful being marked by the loss of her son and her leg, seeks to punish the unfaithful. Rodrigo, an investigator, and Susana, his young lover, arrive at the hotel under the pretext of investigating an unsolved disappearance, but they will soon discover that they are locked in a deadly trap. La Patasola, thirsty for revenge, will unleash all her fury against the infidels and make them pay the price for their deceit, transforming their visit into a nightmare with no escape.

Mariana is a systematic girl. She studies English and German at a language school. She works in a call center as many hours as possible and saves everything she earns. To entertain herself a little, she looks for men in bars with whom she only plans to spend one night. Why compromise if she just wants to travel? That is Mariana's plan, to go away and what better than to an island in the Mediterranean. But Gabriel, an unlikely boy who keeps getting into her life with bad jokes and uncomfortable questions, forces her to look at herself and wonder what she wants to run away from.

Maria del Rosario Duran, a human rights attorney investigating the participation of a top ranking military man in the disappearance of a group of young civilians, is mysteriously murdered. Detective Jorge Salcedo who was working with her on the case, gives himself to the task of discovering who's behind this crime, at risk of becoming the next victim.

Alfonso is an old farmer who has returned home to tend to his son, who is gravely ill. He rediscovers his old house, where the woman who was once his wife still lives, with his daughter-in-law and grandson. The landscape that awaits him resembles a wasteland. Vast sugar cane plantations surround the house, producing perpetual clouds of ash. 17 years after abandoning them, Alfonso tries to fit back in and save his family.
