Overview
In the countryside, a man lives isolated from the world. More than 200 years ago, a couple puts their naïve love for each other above anything else, with tragic results. Two people form a peculiar intertemporal conversation on the meaning of loss, grief and rediscovering one’s self after a life-altering event.

Middle-aged Giulietta grows suspicious of her husband, Giorgio, when his behavior grows increasingly questionable. One night when Giorgio initiates a seance amongst his friends, Giulietta gets in touch with spirits and learns more about herself and her painful past. Slightly skeptical, but intrigued, she visits a mystic who gives her more information -- and nudges her toward the realization that her husband is indeed a philanderer.

Brujeria is the Spanish word for witchcraft. Both men and women can be witches, brujos and brujas, respectively. A brujo controls much of the dance and chaos surrounding this troupe. When a young stagehand enters the would of this secluded dance retreat, it upsets the balance of the retreat's lead dancer a couple comprised of a lesbian and a bisexual woman. When the bisexual woman finds herself attracted to the stagehand, their relationship is tested, and the ensuing chaos feeds the brujeria.

A travel center cafeteria in the small Icelandic town of Vik is packed with tourists stranded by a winter storm. Merida looks for the owner of a GoPro she and her friends found on a glacier near Jökulsárlón. And then... there’s Parker, looking just as intimidatingly cool as they did in their GoPro videos. Brandon and Trey force Merida to go talk with the person she wouldn’t shut up about in the car. But Parker initially seems aloof and uninterested. Parker’s and Merida’s story explores themes of isolation and community, bravery and fear, and how we can seem so different on the outside from how we feel on the inside.

In the upscale Toronto strip club Exotica, dancer Christina is visited nightly by the obsessive Francis, a depressed tax auditor. Her ex-boyfriend, the club's MC, Eric, still jealously pines for her even as he introduces her onstage, but Eric is having his own relationship problems with the club's female owner. Thomas, a mysterious pet-shop owner, is about to become unexpectedly involved in their lives.
