A young South African boy from the Johannesburg ghetto named Tsotsi, meaning Gangster, leaves home as a child to get away from his helpless parents. Now a teenage thug, Tsotsi finds a baby in the back seat of a car he's just stolen. Dolls takes puppeteering as its overriding motif, which relates thematically to the action provided by the live characters. Chief among those tales is the story of Matsumoto and Sawako, a young couple whose relationship is about to be broken apart by the former's parents, who have insisted their son take part in an arranged marriage to his boss' daughter.

Best friends Toni and Bri, working at a card print shop, decide to crash the amazing Christmas parties from some of the shop's confidential invitations for a bit of harmless fun. Harmless that is, until Toni is mistaken for a lawyer and they get whisked away to a fancy corporate Christmas retreat in the snowy Vermont mountains by handsome business mogul.

Archie is a God on a mission to ensure that true love always wins. Or, short of that, that someone is going to die trying. Not that he particularly cares which outcome it is. That's Archie's "Bad Cupid" approach to romance and beware anyone who gets in his way, especially anyone he's actually trying to help.
