Courtney and Susan have moved to Thornhill to take care of the house for the hospitalized owner. Veronica has moved back to Thornhill after her disastrous and humiliating affair with Brea (Girls in White 1 and 2), and is boarding with Courtney and Susan while she looks for a new place to live.
