Overview
Liz is a struggling actor living in Brooklyn. When she learns that her famous, reclusive, singer-songwriter uncle committed suicide and that she and her brother are the primary beneficiaries in his will, she decides to leave the city and move into his house in upstate New York. Once there, she explores her uncle's history and the ghosts, real and metaphorical, that may have been haunting him.

NRI Siddharth Chaturvedi and his wife Avni return to Siddharth's family's ancestral Varanasi palace while disregarding warnings of a curse and paranormal phenomena. Soon enough, inexplicable events begin occuring, which forces Siddharth to consult the eccentric psychiatrist Aditya Shrivastav to help solve the mystery.

The friends Emmett, Freddy, Marie, Kevin and his reluctant girlfriend Jessie decide to spend the Halloween night in an abandoned hospital. Meanwhile, the younger Allan meets the old friend of his father Arlo Ray Baines and asks him to help to find his vanished sister Meg in the same spot. The two groups meet each other in the mental institution section on the haunted third floor.

Leonardo, an obituary author, lives an isolated and disillusioned life, which is completely turned upside down when he befriends an eccentric group of ghosts. Among them there is also the spirit of Leonardo's father, in a youthful and enthusiastic version that his son does not remember ever experiencing.
