Haruo learns about the art of the loan shark as well as the dark side of peoples personalities.

It becomes clear that Lionel wasn't just any mark, he was an accountant for eccentric crime boss Winston King. However, in Japan he manages to escape, and as they try to track him down, they get deeper and deeper into the Japanese Mafia scene and they have to learn that they can only win by playing the game—the Japanese way.

A small-time conman has his loyalties torn between his estranged mother and his new girlfriend, both of whom are high-stakes grifters with their own angles to play.
