One Night of Stars The setting is in the middle of the Edo Period during the reign of Yoshimune Tokugawa. Kinosuke Amano is the second son of the Lord of the Mikazuki clan, based in a lush green village nestled among mountains in Kyushu. He is a free-spirited youth, who slips out of the castle every night and is enchanted by looking at the stars. One summer, on the night of Tanabata (“the Evening of the Seventh”), Kinosuke encounters Sen, a girl from Hotaru Village, and Genta, her friend from childhood. Together, they assemble a turret for observing the stars. -- One Samurai from Kagoshima -- Set during the troubled times of the early post-shogunate period, this story takes place in a region known as the Satsuma Domain, home to the majestic volcano, Mt. The protagonist, Toshiaki Kirino, is born into a poor resident samurai family of the region yet grows to become one of the driving forces behind the Meiji Restoration, demonstrating extraordinary courage and swordsmanship. --- Romance!! -- “Romance!!” is the 19th program in the Romantic Revue series, which illustrates the glamor and tradition of the Takarazuka Revue. Highlighted by the outstanding singing of the leading star Kairi Hokusho, the Star Troupe delivers several vignettes on the eternal theme of the Takarazuka Revue — the romantic world of love.

-- The Tale of Genji -- Hikaru Genji was born to Kiritsubotei when he was Emperor, as the second imperial Prince. Since childhood, he has harbored feelings of love for Fujitsubo-no-Nyogo, the Empress of Kiritsubotei. -- Melodia -- This performance comprises a number of musical pieces played to passionate as well as beautiful melodies and rhythms that generate excitement. They all are part of passionate and beautiful tunes that brim with love, dreams, hopes, passion, sorrow and an energy that knows no bounds.

--The Kawagiri Bridge-- In the middle of the Edo Era in Kayamachi near the Sumida River lived a childless couple, Minokichi and his wife O-chou. Minokichi was a master carpenter who worked for a large company called Sugitaya. --Dream Chaser-- "Dream Chaser" is one who chases their dreams. A passionate theme of single-minded dream chasing, with each scene presenting a different world through music and dance — this revue show will introduce you to the varied charms of Moon Troupe members.

In the world of the Warring States, where rival warlords vied to take over all of Japan, a uniquely ingenious strategist made a name for himself: Takenaka Shigeharu (nicknamed Hanbei). Hanbei’s former opponent, Oda Nobunaga, recognized his genius. When Kinoshita Tokichiro (later Toyotomi Hideyoshi) visited under Oda’s orders, Hanbei realized that he had the potential to dominate Japan—he then became his vassal and led Hideyoshi to victory in many battles. This original ‘Warring States Musical’ seeks to show Hanbei’s true character—his shy and loyal nature, as despite his military exploits he didn’t care about making himself famous or wealthy; his marital love with Seishitsu Ine (Tokugetsu-In) who had longed for and supported him since their childhood; as well as his deep bond with his fellow strategist under Hideyoshi, Kuroda Kanbei.

Musical by the Takarazuka Revue. In modern day France, an exhibition is being held at the Palace of Versailles of the "Necklace of Marie Antoinette". The necklace had been used in a fraud case that marked a chapter in French history and later went missing. It has been reproduced using real diamonds. Fujiko has sneaked into Versailles, as has the gang of Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen - all with the intention of getting their hands on the necklace, which is valued at over 3 billion yen in today's money. But they bump into Inspector Zenigata. Lupin is the one who manages to foil Zenigata and grab the necklace. Yet the instant he lays hands on it, everyone is enveloped in a mysterious light. When they regain consciousness, they notice they have gone through a time slip to 1785, before the French Revolution when Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were around.

A musical about the life of F. Scott Fitzgerald. We begin on Dec. 21st, 1940, just moments before Scott dies. The main actor speaks to the audience, asking them what they think he was thinking of, what he was planning. Then he takes us back, for one last party before the end.
