They befriend a local woman in their hotel bar—and despite some ominous whispers—she goes against the specific instructions of her brother and brings the Americans on a daytrip into the pristine falls at the nearby jungle. What begins as an innocent outing to a picturesque waterfall quickly turns terrifying after she suddenly goes missing. As night closes in, the friends realize too late the truth behind the rumors—the legendary, blood-sucking Chupacabra is now stalking them.
GET LOST is a motorcycle adventure film chronicling my journey from a small town in Connecticut to the Darien Gap in Panama…and back again. Over the course of three months, I traveled 12,000 miles through nine countries and crossed fourteen international borders all by myself. It was an incredible journey and I'm excited to share it with you
Spanning 30,000 kilometres from Prudhoe Bay in Alaska to Ushuaia in Argentina, the Pan-American Highway is the world’s longest road. It connects North and South America. Except….for a dense impenetrable jungle on the Panama-Colombia border. This is the Darién Gap. Known locally as El Tapón or the "The Plug", this is the only land bridge between the Americas. This 106 kilometres break in the Pan-American Highway of dense jungle is one of the last great untamed places on earth, one of the world’s most biodiverse places, an incredibly beautiful piece of nature, but to those passing through it is… "A nightmare with 1,001 demons".
